This policy explains what information Next Gen Education ("we", "us") collects when you use the Munja AI website and the Munja AI app, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Details you give us: the name of the parent or guardian, the student's name, class, board and school, and a mobile number.
Payment details: the plan you bought, the amount, the date and the payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not receive or store them.
Study activity in the app: the questions the student types, the practice answers, and the notes, mind maps and flash cards that are created.
Messages: what you send us by phone, WhatsApp or the forms on this website.
Basic device information: such as the device type and app version, used to keep the app working.

How we use it

To create the student's login and activate the plan.
To answer the student's questions and prepare study material for the right class and board.
To contact you about your plan, payment or a support request.
To keep the service safe and to improve it.
To keep the records that the law requires.

Children

Munja AI is used by school students. If the student is under 18, the plan must be bought by a parent or guardian, who agrees to this policy for the student. We ask only for the information needed to run the service. We do not use a student's information to show advertising.

Who we share it with

The payment gateway, to process your payment.
Technology partners who run the app and the AI service for us. They may use the information only to provide the service.
The student's school or coaching class, when the plan is given through that school or class.
Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep the information while the plan is active and for as long as needed after that for support, accounts and legal records. After that it is deleted or made anonymous.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your child. Call or WhatsApp us on 9860560092. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the parent, guardian or account holder.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information. No system is fully secure, so please keep your login details private.

WhatsApp and other websites

The WhatsApp buttons on this website open WhatsApp, and the payment buttons open the payment gateway. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will put the new version on this page with a new date.
