Munja AI is a digital service. Nothing is sent by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges.

How the plan is delivered

• After your payment, we activate the plan on the student's Munja AI login within 24 hours.
• We confirm the activation to you on WhatsApp or by phone.
• The plan period (one month or twelve months) is counted from the day of activation.

If your plan is not active

If you have paid and the plan is not active within 24 hours, call or WhatsApp 9860560092 with your payment reference. If we cannot activate the plan, you get a full refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

EduSoulX tablets

The EduSoulX tablet is a separate product and is not part of a Munja AI plan bought on this website.
