These terms apply when you use the Munja AI website and the Munja AI app, offered by Next Gen Education ("we", "us"). By buying a plan or using Munja AI, you agree to these terms.
The service
Munja AI is an AI study app for school students from Class 1 to 12. It answers study doubts, gives practice questions and prepares notes, mind maps and flash cards. It works on the EduSoulX tablet; the trial pack works on an Android phone.
Who can use it
If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must buy the plan and accept these terms for the student.
Plans and price
- Trial pack: ₹49 for 6 days from the first login, on the Munja AI app on an Android phone.
- EduSoulX tablet with Munja AI: ₹15,500 plus GST.
- Each plan is for one student and one login. A login must not be shared.
- We may change the price for future purchases. A plan you have already paid for does not change.
Payment and activation
Online payments are processed by the payment gateway (Razorpay). After we receive your payment, we activate the plan within 24 hours. The plan period is counted from the day of activation. A plan does not renew automatically. When it ends, you can renew it by paying again.
Cancellation and refunds
These are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Using Munja AI properly
- Use Munja AI only for study.
- Do not try to copy, resell or break the app, or use it to harm others.
- Do not use another person's login.
We may suspend a login that is misused.
About the answers
Munja AI is a study aid. Its answers are prepared by an AI system from the syllabus and can sometimes be incomplete or wrong. Students should check important answers with their textbook or teacher. Munja AI does not replace the school, the teacher or the official textbook, and we do not promise any particular marks or exam result.
Our content
The Munja AI name, logo, app and website belong to their owners. You may use the study material that Munja AI makes for the student's own study.
Availability
We try to keep Munja AI available at all times, but it may stop for short periods for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, such as internet or power failures.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Munja AI is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in use at that time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts in Maharashtra, India.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will put the new version on this page with a new date.
